The unknown can be daunting place. This new website, for example has been a scary place that I have been fearful to explore. I guess this is how many of our new students feel when they start a course with us. Learning the names of muscles and bones and movements is similar to me trying to get my head around Adwords, Blogs and navigating my way around the website.

However, after getting some great advise, and having a fair dinkum crack at it, figuring this stuff out wasn’t nearly as hard as I thought it was going to be. The lesson here? Have a crack and see what comes of it

Just a note to let you know we are looking for a junior trainer/receptionist at Aston Fitness and I thought you may have a stand-out student in mind.
With new trainers at this level, we generally take them on almost full time at reception and gradually train them up over a 12 month period to be working as a junior trainer.
Obviously the additional coaching they are exposed to along the way is invaluable.

Some experience in reception would be ideal.

A big thank you to everyone who helped out on the stand at the Melbourne Careers Expo last weekend. We had great attention at the stand on Friday with Big Matt giving away T-shirts for those willing to do push ups, fantastic feedback from our aerobics and PT demonstration on Saturday and Sunday and generally a lot of interest from people wanting to know how to become a personal trainer.
